3D Art
3D Animation, Art and Modelling has become a hobby for me.
There are many 3D animation programs out there such as Blender and Maya.
I decided to use Blender because it's free and open source unlike Maya.
My experience with Blender began after viewing a movie named 'Songs of War', created and produced by the Black Plasma Studios team. This movie was entirely animated and rendered in Blender.
Some of my early renders were Minecraft renders inspired by Songs of War

After I became more confident with blender, I moved on to other projects.
One of these projects was creating planets.

Black Holes
My next project was around Black Holes. Some of the initial renders lacked detail and shots weren't as good as they could've been.
However, after improving my refraction effect for the Black Hole itself and giving the Accretion disk more detail.
The result was the Hellfire black hole.
The next step was adding the doppler shift to the Black Hole. Objects moving towards you will be blue-shifted because of the shorter wavelengths. Whereas objects moving away from you will be red-shifted because of longer wavelengths.
Another effect I added was the difference in brightness. One side of the accretion disk is coming towards you, therefore that side is brighter than the side heading away from you.
The final result is what you see here.
